  On the organization of the State Inspection for Quality Control in Education under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 515 dated July 18, 2017 established by decision

  Today the department is an integral part of the institute and operates in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law "On Education", decrees and instructions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Quality control is carried out in accordance with the orders of the State Inspectorate and the rector of the Samarkand State Medical Institute, as well as the "Regulations on the activities of the education quality management department of the Samarkand State Medical Institute", approved by the rector of the institute. The main goal of the department is to improve the quality of training at the institute and its structures, coordinate work to improve the national and international rating of the institute, ensure the quality of training at the institute in accordance with state educational standards and Quality Control at the Samarkand State Medical Institute to carry out organizational work on translation. Since 2013, to ensure the quality of higher education and its integration into the European and global educational space, as well as the compatibility of training programs and students with higher medical education in developed countries of the world and for the first time among universities in Uzbekistan, for recognition, the educational process at SamMI is organized on a credit-modular basis. system based on ECTS principles. The Concept and Development Program of SamMI for 2017-2030, headed by the rector Azamat Mukhitdinovich Shamsiev, emphasizes that the main priority is the high quality of education and training of highly qualified doctors.

  The credit-modular system of organizing the educational process, first of all, serves to increase academic mobility and the recognition of the results of previous research in the framework of interuniversity exchanges between different European countries.

  In addition, 47 students of SamMI studied at foreign universities under the academic mobility program.

  In the 2017-2019 academic year, 43 leading scientists of SamMI took part in academic mobility programs in foreign universities, 69 teachers of foreign universities held master classes and lectured at SamMI.

  Foreign students study at the foreign faculty of the institute, including in 2018 the first graduation of SamMI students from the Republic of Korea took place.

  Achievements in improving the quality of education and training of highly qualified personnel at the institute, mainly the introduction of innovative modular and electronic learning technologies in the educational process, the involvement of information technologies in the educational process, independent monitoring of students' knowledge and the introduction of transparent methods.

More than 35,900 electronic materials, 18,200 methodological developments, 5,400 lecture materials, 5,200 lecture presentations, 900 video lectures, 18,700 practical exercises, about 2.5 million test questions, case studies and practical skills have been systematized and deployed.

  The library's book fund is more than 330,000 publications and is constantly updated with modern medical literature.

  Electronic versions of more than 12,000 textbooks have been created.

  SamMI has created a reliable SEA database for students and teachers.

  All study and lecture halls are equipped with modern multimedia equipment, more than 1,500 computers connected to the Internet are involved in the educational process (providing students with 1/2 computer is the best indicator among universities in Uzbekistan. This is a high indicator).

  Final modular control, final state certificate and licensed comprehensive exams 1, 2, 3 stages are conducted online at the Testing Center of the Institute (5 classrooms for 300 seats), which ensures transparency and objectivity in assessing students' knowledge. Allows teachers to assess the level of teaching of their subjects in the departments.

  Based on the principles of a modular system for organizing the educational process, classes are conducted in accordance with the Z-Learning system. This means that when studying theoretical subjects in small courses, the student becomes familiar with their practical clinical aspects, learns to work on the equipment, and then masters the research methods encountered in the clinic.

  For the high-quality mastering of practical clinical skills of students, the institute operates a simulation training center equipped with modern phantoms, models and computer programs.

Students of all courses and faculties in all disciplines go through the Practical Skills Matrix.

  The best practices of the Samarkand State Medical Institute in organizing the educational process on the basis of ECTS principles in a credit-modular system, providing quality education, are positively assessed by leading specialists of higher education in developed countries and our country.

  According to the order of the Ministry of Health No. 599 of October 2017 and the implementation of this order, the rector of the institute on January 29, 2021. According to order №148 / AF, in connection with the end of the first half of the academic year at the Samarkand State Medical Institute, each professor-teacher is given the 2020/21 academic year. During the first half of the year, the working group studied the implementation of the annual teaching load in educational and methodological, research, organizational and spiritual and educational work. In the process of certification, the contribution of each teacher to the organization of the educational process at the department, his contribution to raising the rating of our institute, his role and potential in the institute became known. The report of each professor on the results of the teacher's work (reference) was submitted to the attestation commission.

  According to the schedule, from February 5 to February 20, 80 professors and teachers of the department were certified. In total, 780 professors of 80 departments were certified - 772 (99%) teachers, 8 (1%) did not participate (due to illness).

The training system was constantly monitored by TSNQB staff. The autumn semester for professors and teachers of the department is completely over.

  According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to improve the procedure for determining the rating of higher educational institutions" No. 467 dated June 7, 2019: "Regulations on the procedure for determining the rating of higher educational institutions." educational institutions ". The national rating of higher educational institutions was compiled on the basis of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 371 of December 29, 2012 "On the introduction of the system of attestation of higher educational institutions of the republic" and its validity period has expired. The rating of higher educational institutions is annually determined by the State Inspectorate for Quality Control of Education under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

  The rating of higher educational institutions was carried out in accordance with the indicators set out in the Charter.
