The Marketing Department is an independent structure of the Samarkand Medical Institute and reports directly to the rector. On the basis of the decree of the Cabinet of the Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 1998 the "Department of Marketing Service" was organized.
Based on the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 662 dated August 15, 2018 "On amendments to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan", the Marketing Service Department was renamed to the Department for the formation of a portfolio of orders, assignment of graduates to work and monitoring.
The activities of the department for the formation of a portfolio of orders, allocation of graduates to work and monitoring are regulated by the Laws "On Education", "On the National Program for Personnel Training" and other regulatory documents. This is part of a multi-level structure of higher medical education, the task of which is to prepare highly qualified specialists for independent work in health care institutions.
OBJECTIVES AND FUNCTIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT:
Training of personnel in the areas of bachelor's, master's and residency clinics, their further employment at the request of the educational market.
Formation of information (portfolio) on the availability of vacancies (vacancies) in healthcare and other applied areas and creation of a database of employers.
Drafting and preparation of contracts for the employment of graduates.
Distribution of graduates to work. Monitoring of graduates and their employment.
Dissemination of information about the possibilities of obtaining education in bachelor's and master's degrees by SamMI and its graduates
Provide students with contract agreements and conduct explanatory work regarding the receipt of money.
Conclusion of contracts with the bases of leading medical clinics, in order to undergo practice.
